The summary first: - Nice ambience - sometimes unfriendly and overwhelmed staff - bad value for money - Quality of the food questionable Report: After a long day trip we were in El Dorado to end the day. When we were assigned to our tables, we were informed that it could take some time with the meal, as a larger party had registered. That wasn't a problem for us, as we wanted to eat in peace and enjoy the beautifully furnished restaurant. When ordering later, the service was slightly overwhelmed by the fact that special requests were mentioned. The drinks were then very quickly at their place with the comment on the drinking chocolate that had been ordered: "We don't have cream!" We were unlucky there, but no apologies were made for it! Until our main courses were at the table, it took an hour from the time we ordered them. The quality of the food offered was out of proportion to the price. For burgers with comparable prices in other restaurants there is often the option of choosing a special bun or even the choice of the cooking level of the meat. Here one had the impression that a lot of finished products were used, which simply do not justify the prices! Especially the patties were very thin and looked like frozen patties and not as if formed by hand. The other dishes that we ordered (good cross-section from the menu) were not of outstanding quality either. We will definitely not be back after this visit!

Unfortunately all in all an unsatisfactory evening .... - Bowling alley old and in need of modernization, the screens alone are not legible from the table - Apparently new service that seemed overwhelmed - long waiting times for drinks ("Cocktail takes some time, the cook is busy in the kitchen" ... What ?!) - Aperol Sprizz not chilled, no drinking straw, no orange slice, no ice cubes - Latte macchiato in the drinks menu - does not exist - different types of tea all - ordered cyclists, got beer - on the note that it was not a cyclist, we discussed that it was a cyclist (which it just wasn't ... !!) - Eating dry, tasteless or salted, french fries still raw (that could be determined optically), sweet potato fries partly burned, ragoutfin on the schnitzel a single flour paste - There was hardly any comment on our criticism, only the answers came, there were 80 meals out and everyone was satisfied and we might rather belong in a gourmet restaurant - certainly not, but a certain amount of good, reasonable food is expected allowed to?! - Staff overwhelmed, unskilled, boss unfriendly

Very well furnished. Especially the sanitary area. Card is short but good. On requests at the food is received.

We were here for the first time and are positively surprised. Bowling alleys and design of the premises ... top ambience. Food was very good i post a photo of my burger. Toilet clean everything was positive. Except for ..... the prices are not without

Everything is good and the service is friendly, the atmosphere is very nice

We had our Christmas party there, the food left a lot to be desired, carelessly prepared and a small salad was completely missing. The staff was a bit overwhelmed. It even forgot ordered food. As a dessert, a few colleagues wanted to order ice cream, unfortunately there was none, even though it was on the menu. Personally, I will not go there a second time.

... apparently there are new operators, the "Old" has everything worked well, but now it bumps quite a lot .... as a guest, you have the feeling you just ignored (looked past one), my food was cold, we had ordered with bowling alley, unfortunately with 40min delay, on the ladies room no hygiene products and with 2 attendants on Saturday evening in the very well attended house is the overload pre-programmed ..... well let's go on look!?

The hotel is good! A combination of several shops, a bowling alley, a large parking lot!

We often stop here in the evening after excursions. The food tastes great and the service has always been friendly! The portions are plentiful - we'd love to come back.

Great place to play bowling

If you want to eat good burgers, I highly recommend this place. The price / performance ratio is right, the service is friendly and the ambience is also okay for the age of the place. The clear menu is also pleasant. And if you want, you can also play a round of bowling.

In the early evening still very calm but also cozy. We got delicious food. The price is ok. "Unfortunately" we had to draw attention to ourselves, the staff didn't notice us, therefore one star less.
